In a recent issue of OHIO FLORICULTURE we announced that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) would be conducting inspections to greenhouse growers to verify their compliance of WPS regulations. We recently learned that the ODA is shifting gears regarding these inspections and is moving from the educational to the enforcement mode. They think that growers have had three years to become familiar with the rules and should be complying now.
