OFA Short Course and Trade Show
July 11 to 15. More than 8,000 people are expected to attend the Ohio Florists' Association Short Course at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH.
The OSU Department of Horticulture and Crop Science will host several activities on Campus during the Short Course: Workshops on Saturday 11 and a Floriculture facilities tour on Sunday 12.
The 1998 Short Course is sponsored by the Ohio Florists' Association, with cooperation from The Ohio State University. Educational sessions are planned for the grower, garden center, interior plantscape, and retail/wholesale segments of the industry. The Trade Show is solely sponsored by OFA. POSTPONEMENT
The Ohio State University Seed Biology and Technology Conference scheduled for July 9 and 10, 1998 has been postponed until 1999. During the upcoming year, Conference organizers will focus on expanding their efforts to provide an informative program for individuals interested in agronomic and horticultural seed quality, science, and technology.
