Calendar of Events
The 2004 OFA Short Course will celebrate "75 years of
planting the seeds of knowledge" during the event scheduled for July 10 to 14,
2004 in Columbus, Ohio.
Why should you attend?
- Because at the trade show, nearly
600 exhibitors in more than 1,300 booths with companies representing the
industry from at least 11 countries will showcase their products, plant
material, and equipment.
- Because, Archie Griffin, an Ohio
State University alumnus and one of college football's greatest players, will
be the keynote speaker on Sunday, July 11.
- Because there will be a mix of
educational seminars, hands-on workshops, tours, and interactive sessions for
all segments of the industry.
- Because, MSU's College of
Knowledge Level I and Level II courses will be offered on Friday, July 9 and
Saturday, July 10.
- Because the grower study tour –
"Extension Reloaded: A Diagnostic Tour" – will visit several locations in the
Columbus area.
- Because it is a great venue to
network with your colleagues from all over the country and the world.

calendar!
The first OSU Learning
Garden Trials open house will be held August 3, 2004. Meet us at 10:00 AM
in Howlett Hall. From there we will tour the annuals trial and the mixed
container trial. Participants will be able to also tour the Ornamental Plant
Germplasm Center and the Ohio Stadium.
