Have you checked plants and flowers surrounding your greenhouses lately? Weeds and ornamental plants growing near the greenhouses may be the source of thrips that move inside the greenhouses and into your crops. Take a pocket magnifier (Of course, you have one! An inexpensive pocket magnifier is a MUST in any greenhouse.) and inspect outdoor plants (flowers), especially windward from the greenhouses. You may be surprised by the abundance of thrips.
